Surrounding area is very green and lovely with cool breezes

Shops, cafes, barber, restaurants aplenty within area and lovely parks with free wifi. Lots of Asian restaurants ). Inclusive of rent we provide toilet paper, cleaning products, fabric cleaner/detergents for clothes and power towel to clean surfaces, all bedding etc. Room size is big. Very cool in summer n warm in winter. Room faces the East therefore in great position for room temperature all year round.
