The student room is large, quiet, comfortable and private. With a private bathroom and toilet. Your room has Wi-Fi. Our house is situated on a hill overlooking Sunnybank, with views to Brisbane CBD. We are a happy, clean and respectful family of three. We are Blue Card authorised for hosting under-age students . Gary is Australian born, a retired technical writer. Yuwen is Chinese born, a pharmacist. Our child attends primary school and is a bright and active student. English is spoken at home, with Mandarin or Cantonese only used if needed.
