Homestay in Woodridge

The interior of the house has been newly renovated in the past 6 months with the exterior being repainted and remodelled in the next few weeks.
Room 3 is available we are looking preferably for a male that’s works during the day this room comes with a king single bed, bedside drawer, desk and built in wardrobe with storage for clothes, a locking door. This room is one of three in the main house. There is an indoor 14 year old chihuahua that can be yappy. We also have on street parking and outdoor security cameras.

You will need to buy your own food, we do have a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils available.
The kitchen is shared, storage available for your own food, and fridge space, bathroom, washing machine and lounge all furnished. Linen and towels supplied.
Wifi internet available. We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all the shared areas only.

We are close to public transport buses outside the house, train 15 min walk, Foodworks, doctors , chemist, bakery shops , laundry mat and parks 2 min walk .

We are friendly and sociable.

We have hosted some wonderful international people and students over the years.
