I have 3 bedrooms in total available on the upper level. There is a lounge room, study and bathroom. I work full time from home (downstairs) and my bedroom and living area is downstairs. You will share kitchen and laundry on lower level with myself (40yo female) and my Great Dane lives on the ground level.

As I work long hours, seeking respectful students/workers who are clean and quiet. If you would like the entire upper level to yourself it will be $500/week. I can offer breakfast supplies and limited local transport if I can work it around my hours. My Great Dane is friendly and loves visitors giving him scratches. He is never in the upstairs area.
