Our lovely house two story renovated Queenslander and downstairs fully furnished, new and modern has 3 bedrooms & bathrooms to share, suit for female students.

We are family whose children have grown and moved away from home. We enjoy being at home, cooking, reading, gardening & movies.
We are looking for an independent and respectful person who’d also like to hang out with us some of the time.

We have been hosting students since 2014 and have enjoyed the cultural interaction. We have full police checks and have been inspected and approved by QUT, LSI & Shafston college to be a Homestay provider.

We live in inner city Petrie Terrace (4000) extremely close to everything; Train, buses, The Barracks & Suncorp stadium.
Walking distance to QUT Kelvin Grove, IES UQ, TAFE College and LSI Spring Hill.
Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute walk away.
Direct bus 66 from Normanby stop 15 minutes to UQ Lakes.

Students will have access to a modern bathroom with shower.
The rent includes a furnished room, linen, internet, other utilities and access to laundry.

Minimum stay 4 weeks .
Pay 2 weeks Homestay fee upon moving in & two weeks notice to exit.
