The room has queen size bed with aircon, ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, chairs, table lamp and close to a clean shared bath room/ toilet. The house was blessed with 3 bathroom/toilet but only 2 were given to the students. Location is only 5 mins to the nearest Bus stop to Griffith Uni, UQ, QUT, City and the famous Sunnybank for dining. A choice of 3 Buses are available every 10 mins. The house is quite surrounded by nice average houses which is ideal for good study requirements. Rates includes laundry facilities, utilities(power & water) and internet. Breakfast and dinner is rated at $320/week. Aircon usage is negotiable.
