Our lovely house two story renovated Queenslander and downstairs fully furnished, new and modern has 3 bedrooms & bathrooms to share, suit for female students.

We are a friendly family mixture western and eastern culture backgrounds.
We have been hosting students since 2014 and have enjoyed the cultural interaction. We have full police checks and have been inspected and approved by QUT and LSI to be a Homestay provider.

We live in inner city Petrie Terrace (4000) extremely close to everything; Train, buses, The Barracks & Suncorp stadium.
Walking distance to QUT Kelvin Grove, IES UQ, TAFE College and LSI Spring Hill.
Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute walk away.
Direct bus 66 from Normanby stop (5 minute walk away) to UQ Lakes.

Students will have access to a modern bathroom with shower.
The rent includes a furnished room, linen, internet, other utilities and access to laundry.

Minimum stay 4weeks.
Pay 3 weeks Homestay fee upon moving in & two weeks notice to exit.
