Gorgeous furnished master bedroom in Coorparoo for $320/week, including Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water. Available 1 October 2026.

Ideal for an international postgraduate, mature student, or other responsible adult student looking for a peaceful, comfortable home while studying in Brisbane. Undergraduate students 18+ are also welcome if you are respectful, clean and looking for a home rather than a party house.

The home is a beautiful, light-filled 1920s Queenslander in a leafy Coorparoo neighbourhood. It is peaceful and homey, yet very convenient, around 10 minutes by car to the CBD and West End, with public transport, parks, shops, restaurants, cinema and Coorparoo Square nearby.

You will mainly share the three-bedroom upstairs home with me, Renee. Most of the time there will only be two of us living here. I am friendly, creative, busy with work and study, and currently a graduate student in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I enjoy art, cooking, gardening, hiking and dancing.

My partner Charlie and my friend Amanda are regular visitors who may occasionally stay for a few days, but neither lives here full-time.

There is also a student living independently in a separate downstairs studio who does not share the upstairs living areas.

We are open-minded, LGBTQI+ friendly and care deeply about people and the environment. This is a friendly, social household, but not a party house.

Rent begins 1 October. A later move-in may be possible by arrangement, but the room cannot be held rent-free. Earlier move-in is not available.

We are looking for someone friendly, considerate, communicative and respectful who will take good care of the home and keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
