I am a solo mother living with my 8 year old boy in a beautiful spacious five bedroom home in Chermside West. We have air conditioning and a large pool and outdoor area. I am wanting a student who will fit into family life and who is ok around a small child. I am happy to provide food for breakfast or dinners (I work full time so I won't be able to provide lunches) for an additional cost depending on the Students needs. I have NBN unlimited internet and Foxtell for those down times. The weekly costs include all but food.
