Friendly, comfortable two-level four-bedroom home with two bathrooms plus a third downstairs toilet for up to three students in a secure complex, with a swimming pool, basketball square, and BBQ area. Kindly, experienced host. Buses run every five minutes from the top of the street to Brisbane CBD, with a one-stop, ten-minute express bus journey to Griffith University bus station every weekday morning. Also to the University of Queensland campus from the top of the street every 10 mins in peak hour, and 30 mins off-peak. The house is situated within walking distance to Pinelands Shopping Centre, where there are several restaurants, a supermarket, a chemist, and a bank. Also convenient to Altandi Railway Station to the Gold Coast, Brisbane city, and Airport.
