Homestay in Camp Hill for $300 per week

Large room in Queenslander house with own entrance. Very close to public transport, direct buses to UQ and QUT and city (about 15 minutes). Local shops and cinema. I’m an academic (50, F) and I live with my 14 year old daughter (who is an athlete so quiet and early to bed) and our little dog Popcorn. Freshly renovated bathroom. Large garden. Small gym downstairs. If you want breakfast and dinner (during the week) it is an extra $50 per week. If you want to do your own cooking, it is $300 pw inc internet. I have another room with a new air con, this is $330 per week. Female students only, no men.
