Very clean and spacious self contained three bedroom fully furnished Granny flat. The available room has a comfortable double bed, desk and is fully air conditioned. The common areas include a large Lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, pool and on street parking. The home is has full security screens and is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Share with one other female (21 years) who is studying, working full time and is kind, and full of welcoming personality. The owner (female) lives in the above house alone and will be on call 24/7 if needed and she is quiet, friendly and lots of fun. The house is only 10 min walk to the train station, 1 min walk to bus. Only 6 km away from inner city Brisbane, from QUT Kelvin grove campus. There is a coffee shop at the end of the street and short walks to restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket. Would suit an independent person. There is a very kind dog and cat at the property who are very old and friendly.
