Homestay in Kenmore

Our home is in a quiet leafy street walking distance to multiple bus stops,Kenmore shopping village,schools,cafes,restaurants and medical centre. It’s only 15 km away from Brisbane CBD. We are busy family but enjoy meeting new people ,although the rooms available is downstairs we welcome guests into our life .We have been hosting International students since 2022 and have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world . We have police check certificate , Blue card ,yellow card and have been inspected and approved by EQI to be a homestay provider .We are kind and easy to get along with other people.

Your weekly homestay fee of $340/ week includes:Breakfast(self serve) ,dinner,Wifi furnished room with bed ,linen ,electricity, and access to laundry.
You can eat with us or heat up to your convenience .If you are interested in this opportunity please contact me and let me know about your self .You will need to be clean ,respectful and minimum stay 4weeks , must pay two weeks homestay fee upon arrival and two weeks notice must be given before moving out .

There are buses that go to Brisbane City 444,433, 435 ,P443.
If you’re going to study at UQ St Lucia there is a direct Bus 432 that go directly to st Lucia University of Queensland and P443 to QUT Kelvin Grove .
