Our home is a beautiful 4-bedroom brick house, which is located in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are two options for you. Both of them are fully and well furnished. Their doors are lockable from inside and outside.

One is the master bedroom. It has its own ensuite and walk-in closet, a new ceiling fan, a queen size bed with brand new mattress, a new pine wood desk, bed table, floor lamp etc. Its sliding door in the room provides direct access to the deck. You enjoy breeze and nice views from the backyard. The rent is $320/week for a single, 380/week for a couple. Bills included.
This room will be available from June 7th,2024.


Another bedroom: built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, a single bed that can be converted into a king size bed, a desk, a sofa. The security screens offers you peace of mind. Just enjoy the superb views from outside the window! The outside shade cloth roller blind offers great level of privacy and optimum UV block protection while letting a cool breeze through. Its height is adjustable. You'll need to share bathroom with me and my daughter. So I prefer a female guest. The rent is $290/week. Bills included. This room will be available from May 8th,2024.

Our house is within a short walk to bus stops which provide direct access to the city or QUT Kelvin Grove Campus . It’s very close to parks (just behind the house) and South Pine river (within 5 mins walk), which is used for recreational activities like kayaking, bike riding, hiking and even swimming.

When the room is to be vacated by the Guest, the Host expects two weeks’ notice from the Guest. The Host is happy to give two weeks (minimum) or more notice to the Guest in case Host needs the room back. The Host is expecting two week rent as a bond from the Guest and it will be returned back to the Guest on her departure (unless there's a damage claim).
