About this homestay
$300 for room only with laundry services once per week.
There is allocated pantry and fridge to keep your foods. The single room is located on the east north side of the house, 200 m walk to the bus stop and basic shopping precincts.
Back fence access to a bbq/picnic park with basketball half court, can also play badminton in the park.
The park also flows onto the city's south east bike trails that lead to Garden City shopping center, the local Tennis centers if you like to play tennis, the Sunnybank Shopping centers - Sunnybank Plaza and Sunny Park and Market Square. We have bikes for you to use.
Everyone in the house has a Blue card from the Queensland state government.
