Each bedroom opens with French doors onto a large verandah, filled with pot plants and 2 sets of couches and coffee tables on both ends for students to read or relax. Garden filled with flower beds and trees and a bench to sit in sun.

Clayfield is an inner city suburb, 12 min by car to city and a safe exclusive neigbourhood.
