Homestay in Wooloowin

Nice two storey Queenslander home at Wooloowin ,Northside of Brisbane ,nice relaxing home ,lovely backyard and less than 10mins walk to local train station and then 10-15 mins on train to the city . Buses very close too. Also very close to the airport.
We are a very nice ,decent couple in our 50’s ,we live upstairs and downstairs lives a lovely Japanese lady early thirties.
Nice size room downstairs with double bed ,desk,side table, brand new ceiling fan. It’s self contained downstairs with nice kitchen lounge and dining,bathroom.
Must love animals -we have 2 dogs who are mainly upstairs.
Our home is clean and quiet,not a party house, but we do have bbqs and dinners in backyard with friends and neighbours occasionally .
Looking for a nice ,honest ,mature clean & respectful person to share our home.
We have beautiful parks ,walking/bike tracks ,coffee shops and shopping centres,gyms very near by.
We have home stayed from University,English schools and ACU and have had many international student’s also as tenants over the years and it’s been a great experience.
