Looking for 2 students to share the lower level of a lovely, two storey old Queenslander in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The apartment is completely self contained, with separate entry and newly renovated.
Easy access to ACU and 20 minutes to the city. Two bedrooms available, $350 per person. Includes aircon, water, electricity & nbn internet ( study & communications only). Big shady garden and 2 covered, furnished patio areas. Close (5 minute walk) to railway stations and bus stops. Easy access on public transport to QUT Kelvin Grove and city campuses. Close to the international airport for easy arrival. Woolworths, cafes, bakeries, butcher & health facilities within walking distance.
All linen, cooking utensils, laundry and large, separate study room, fully furnished, included in the fee.
Over the years, I have hosted many international students, both long & short term, as well as travellers, and have lived abroad several times. You will receive a warm welcome from me, I enjoy company and am happy to provide assistance when possible.
