Quiet and convenient location - 5 minute walk to nearest train station with trains to and from the city every 6 minutes during peak times (20 minute journey into the city).
Walking distance to local shopping complex with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants.
We offer 2 meals per day and pack lunch during the week, 7 days per week - continental breakfast and home cooked dinner. The majority of dinners are made fresh, we rarely eat processed foods, and also enjoy a quality takeaway or meal out at a restaurant every now and again. There is also a coffee machine for you to use. We can cater for dietary requirements within reason.
You will living with a family of three. My wife is a nurse from the UK , I am an engineer from Mexico, our daughter is at primary school. We are both immigrants to Australia, arriving 14 years ago, and have good memories of our own homestay experiences, this is why we are offering our own homestay service. We are happy to spend some time showing you around Brisbane and helping you navigate the city including the public transport until you settle in.
