Homestay in Upper Mount Gravatt

Hi, I live in a beautiful modern 5th floor apartment with views overlooking Mount Gravatt Mountain, and a balcony overlooking the trees. It is just me and my Quaker Parrot Kiki at the moment. Your room is the larger of the two, with the master bathroom all to yourself. The unit is fully furnished with comfortable leather lounge and every kitchen appliance you could want. There is a separate laundry in the unit. The building is secure with keytag access required to enter.
There is ducted air conditioning but I do keep using it to a minimum due to expenses. The room also has a fan.
There is a local bus at the front door, and the Garden City bus interchange is only a 5 minute walk away.
