About this homestay
Walk to the CBD and QUT Kelvin Grove!
- Private homestay rooms available for 2022. We have full police checks and have been inspected and approved by QUT to be a homestay provider.
- We are TESOL qualified online English teachers with bachelor's degree that love to meet people from all over the world.
- We have hosted international students with our family since we were young and are excited to share Australian culture with you.
- The fully furnished, private room is in a new, modern home in Petrie Terrace (4000).
- You will have access to a modern bathroom with shower and laundry area for washing clothes.
- An easy 8 minute walk to Kelvin Grove Village and QUT Kelvin Grove Campus. You can take the free shuttle at QUT Kelvin Grove to go to QUT Gardens Point or the city if you are a QUT student.
- Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute walk away or you can take numerous bus routes to the city that takes 5 minutes (no traffic in the expressway).
- Direct bus 66 from Normanby stop (5 minute walk away) to UQ Lakes.
- We provide 2 x meals per day and snacks/leftovers for lunch.
- Access to a microwave and fridge facilities
- Internet and utilities are included.
