I have a 2 bedroom granny flat situated in Wishart which is very conveniently located to the universities, Brisbane CBD and Garden City Shopping Center with a major bus interchange which is only a short bus ride to the city centre.
The flat has its own cooking facility to add the convenience of preparing your own meals to suit. The room is a king single set up for a student, however can be reorganised The other room is occupied by a full time working male.
The rent is $250 per week
