About this homestay
Very close to city, large bedroom with double bed and your own bathroom in a nice modern unit. There is also a gym and pool in our complex. You will have use of unlimited wifi and electricity and water use is included in rent.
Easy public transport to Kelvin Grove and the city, buses are every 10-15 minutes from the front of our unit complex. We have supermarkets and chemists etc within a few minutes walk.
I am a single mum of a 7 year old girl, i work fulltime and i am always busy and often out. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. We are used to having a demi pair with us for the past 2 years, however we no longer need a demi pair but would like to have someone else in our spare room.
