I live in a beautiful suburb in Sunnybank which is a five minute walk to the train station. I have a large house which has a swimming pool, TV and internet. The bedrooms face the swimming pool and the beautiful humming sound of the birds can be heard. It is a 6 minute drive to Griffith Univeristy and 12km to the Brisbane CBD. Great location with a variety of Asian restaurants.
