Newly renovated large Queenslander. The bedroom is a good size with desk and Robe and is located on the top level of a 2 storey house. Bedding, Linen & storage supplied. You will have your own Bathroom that is exclusively yours. The house is finished to a high end so the successful person will have to be neat and tidy and respectful of their own area. Regular cleaning will be provided. Breakfast and Dinner 5 days a week is included in the rental. Internet access is supplied. There is a swimming pool for your enjoyment. The house is located 7 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and has very easy access to both train and bus transits and only 5 Mins to both Kelvin Grove Campus and Grovely Campus.
