I am offering a clean and comfortable bedroom in a townhouse in a safe and very secured area. Prefer male student as share bathroom with another male person. Bus to/from Brisbane City (12km) is a short walk right outside the complex. 5 minute walk right opposite to a small shopping centre - with Aldis supermarket, fruit/vege shop, chemist warehouse, cafes, Dominos pizza, medical centre and the Oxley Tavern. Double bedroom with a TV, double bed, desk/lamp, wall fan, office chair, chest of drawers book shelves and built in wardrobe in a warm friendly. A fast high speed internet - linen and laundry taken care of. Some dinners negotiable. Large swimming pool and BBQ area in the complex
