I have 2 rooms to rent . large bedroom is 250 each available for rent . Fully furnished rooms with separate kitchen for cooking and 5 minutes walking distance to shopping centre Woolworth and other shops and bus and train station. unlimited internet available. This is only at working distance to ACU and 10 minutes to Aviation. New house and Fully furnished. Rooms available know short or long term. This house is new house , both rooms are fully furnished with queen size bed, study table, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Own kitchen for cooking as well, this includes cooking utensils , plates and dishes , also has fridge, sofa and TV in kitchen area for privacy. we dont have pets .
