I’m female student looking for an accommodation who will be starting a higher degree by research at the University of Queensland, St. Lucia campus.

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful individual always willing to pay rent on time.

No car, no pets, non-smoker, not into parties-but I’m friendly and enjoy peaceful social vibes.


📆Move-in : 20th of January

📍Preferred areas: Indooroopilly, Kelvin Grove, South Brisbane, Taringa, Toowong and West End

💰Budget: Up to 350$/ week (including bills and Wi-Fi)

🛏️ Room requirements:
- Good natural light & a window
- Air conditioning
- Private room with an en-suite bathroom
- Close to public transport (5-15 min walk to bus/train within 20 min to the city)
- Basic furniture: bed, desk, chair
- Kitchen access with stove, rice cooker, oven, microwave
- Washing machine & dryer
- Pet-friendly (okay with cats and dogs)
