Hi, My wife , daughter and I welcome you to come stay at our cosy home. Recently renovated downstairs area, includes kitchenette, 2 rooms available which share1 bathroom. You have your own retreat area with dinning and lounge area, and a small laundry to share. Have full use of common areas upstairs as well, kitchen, lounge, swimming pool, etc. Very close to public transport (buses), shopping, banks, etc all within 300 metres. less then 10 kilometres to the city, 15 minutes to UQ, and convenient to inner city and outer western campuses.
