I have a private backyard detached studio available in a quiet street near public transport and shops with private access, fully self contained with fridge, microwave,tv, ensuite with toilet and shower and a trundle bed. It is air conditioned and wifi internet available. I work shift work but can assist with transport locally if possible. Accomodation would suit suit person seeking quiet and private accommodation.
