Two bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex with a shared large garden.

I am a 35 year old professional woman, I work full time in the city. I'm clean and quite. I am pretty relaxed. My only big rule is that there is no racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic comments or behaviours in the house.

The house is close to QUT Kelvin Grove, the city, public transport and shops.

The accommodation is very basic at the moment. A private room with a mattress on the floor and some storage.
This room is for short term stays where budget is the priority.

I will provide basic vegetarian ingredients for you to prepare your own meals. Eg: bread, rice, pasta, noodles, milk cheese, butter, tinned vegetables and beans, tea and instant coffee, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.

I will also supply all bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toilet paper etc.

All I need from you is that you are clean and polite, and considerate to my neighbours.
