Hello

We welcome students, travelers to our lovely home in Wilson Village, which is only 3 kms from the city center. We have public transport close by ( its a 2minute walk to bus & an 8 minute walk to the train then only 4 train stops to the CBD) and walking distance to many nice cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

We currently have one single bedroom available from the beginning of May 2024 - it is located upstairs with access to a (shared) bathroom, a lounge area with a TV and kitchenette, dining/working space. Available is air-conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep you cool, warm and comfortable.

You will also have an outside deck upstairs with city views. We have a lovely outdoor area and pool downstairs that you are always welcome to enjoy.

My husband and I have lived in many countries, Scotland, Japan, Malaysia, the UK and Germany, we love travelling ourselves and enjoy meeting new people. We have a 12-year daughter (who lives with us part-time) she enjoys making new friends too.

We are happy to welcome you into our lives, we love walking, talking, bike riding, hiking, cooking and teaching English.

We offer self-serve breakfast 7 days a week. Rent with breakfast, (cereal, bread/toast, butter, jam, milk, fruit & yoghurt, tea & coffee) via self-serve is $295 week. Rent without breakfast is $275 a week.

There is a kitchenette for you - so you can make drinks and snacks yourself and you can use our kitchen for making meals. We don't offer lunch or dinner, as we are often away, at work until late, or travelling (sometimes for a week at a time), so you will need to be quite independent although we will help you settle in and make sure you are comfortable.

We'll look forward to welcoming you into our home and helping you set up in your Australian life ~ but we are also happy to leave you in privacy to enjoy exploring our beautiful city.
