4 bedroom home which is 10 minute drive to the heart of the city and Southbank. We are located next to Newmarket Train Station and not far from the bus stop to the city which would be a 15 minute trip.
The home is a lovely Queenslander with heaps of character and charm. You will be sharing it with a sporty family of a mum and two teenage children and a couple of small and very friendly little dogs so you MUST like dogs.
Please note that due to the nature of my work, my sons work and my daughter’s training commitments we get up very early. The person suitable for the room would need to be of a more quieter respectful nature after the hours of 10pm each evening. Cooking would have to be completed and the kitchen tidied by 7:30pm as this is when I return home from work and need to prepare meals for myself and for my children.
We are very close to QUT Kelvin Grove Campus University and to many shops and supermarkets. If you go to QUT Gardens Point then there is a regular free shuttle from Kelvin Grove to the city campus.
There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bike paths and cinemas also all within walking distance from our home.
Your room and subsequent area consists of:

**Laundry will be done for you.
I can provide all linen.
Your rent includes all outgoings to include:
Wifi
Water
Electricity

We are a very friendly family that have hosted students and the likes for over 15 years and most still keep in touch.

You are most welcome to use the kitchen to cook (must be left clean)
