20 MIN WALK FROM GRIFFITH UNI – NATHAN CAMPUS AND MT GRAVATT CAMPUS AND 15 MINS ON BUSWAY INTO CITY

Hi, we are a young easy going, friendly professional couple with family and a comfortable home. We live within walking distance to both Griffith University Nathan Campus and Mt Gravatt Campus. We are also 5 min walk to the express busway into South Bank (CBD), this takes 15 mins on the bus.

We provide internet, electricity, water and dinner and breakfast 5 days a week.

My husband and I both enjoy cooking and my husband is a chef by trade so we eat very well.

The room we have available is large and semi-self contained. It is private and includes Queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette (microwave, toaster and kettle), desk and TV. This room would be suitable for individual who would like some privacy, a homestay couple or even twin share (as we have an extra bed and the room is large).

The lookout from the room is to the pool and trees and yes if you like to swim you can use the pool.

We also have another comfortable room which we can take students under 18, but only for short stay (maximum 2 weeks). We limit stays for young students as we tend to go away regularly.

The room and locality is quiet and serene and backs onto forest. We also have chickens as pets, and you are welcome to use the fresh eggs.

We are looking for a student (or student/worker couple) who is dedicated to their studies or work, likes to have a chat and is respectful, trustworthy and quiet.
