Hello,

We live within walking distance to Griffith University Nathan Campus and within 20 mins bus ride to South Bank or Brisbane City.

We are also located 45 mins by bus to University of Queensland.

We provide internet, electricity/water. Meals include dinner and breakfast 5 days a week.

- the room we have available is a large double room with ensuite, double sofa, kitchenette, walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. We can adjust furniture depending on your requirements.


Rates per week:

- single room $380
- twin share room $500 (or $250pp)

The house is situated on a leafy block, is quiet and peaceful. We have a pool.

The shops are located within 20 mins walk or 5 min bus ride.

Sunnybank is 10 mins by bus.

We are looking for a student(s) who are dedicated to their studies or work, likes to have a chat and is respectful, trustworthy and quiet.
