Hello,

We live within walking distance to both Griffith University Nathan Campus and within a short bus ride to Mt Gravatt Campus.

30 mins by bus to the city and 45 mins by bus to University of Queensland.

We provide internet, electricity/water. Meals include dinner and breakfast 5 days a week.

- the room we have available is a kind single room with desk and built -in wardrobe and/or
$290 per week

- a large double room with built-in wardrobe, desk and air-conditioning.
$330 per week

The homestay rooms have access to a share bathroom as part of a 2 bathroom house.

The house is situation on a leafy block, is quiet and peaceful.

Aldi supermarket and other shops located within 10 min walk.

Chinese community center, coffee and book shop around the corner within 3 min walk.

Sunnybank 10 mins by bus.

We are looking for a student who is dedicated to their studies or work, likes to have a chat and is respectful, trustworthy and quiet.
