Hi! I’m looking for accommodation in Brisbane for one person, ideally from 12 September to 15 October 2026, though my dates are flexible. My budget is under A$400 per week, preferably including bills and internet.

A furnished private room in a shared home or homestay would suit me well. I’d prefer somewhere within walking distance of a train station, with a gym nearby as a bonus. I don’t need airport pickup.
