Accommodation needed from 12 October — ready to inspect

Hi, I’m Ganesh. My current accommodation ends on 12 October 2026, so I’m looking to secure a furnished private room in a shared home or homestay as soon as possible.

I’m seeking an initial stay from 12 October to 12 December 2026, with the option to extend. My budget is A$400–$500 per week, preferably including bills and internet.

I’d prefer Brisbane CBD or within 15 km of the CBD, ideally within walking distance of a train station or bus stop.

I’m working towards my professional engineering qualifications and need a quiet home suitable for study. A nearby gym, swimming pool and library would be ideal. Meals would be a welcome bonus, and a shared bathroom is fine. I don’t need airport pickup.

If the arrangement suits us both, I may extend for up to five additional months, renewing monthly by mutual agreement.
