Richie Richard

Hi there! I'm Richie, a 20-year-old Interaction Design student at QUT. I’m currently looking for a new place to call home starting April 2nd for the remainder of the year.

I’m quite a busy person, so I’m a very low-impact housemate. I’ll be on campus at Gardens Point/Kelvin Grove all day Wednesdays and Fridays, and I am usually out from morning until late on Sundays for commitments. The rest of the week, I’m either focused on my studies or working on my creative business projects.

I’m very respectful of shared spaces, value a clean kitchen, and always pay my rent on time (happy to do weekly or fortnightly). I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed household where everyone does their own thing but is up for a quick chat in the hallway :)
