My name is Brittany, I am 38 and I am moving to Brisbane. I will be studying at QUT Kelvin Grove and I am looking for a place to stay within 1 hour by public transport to QUT.
My budget is $290 a week including bills. I am after a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom. The room needs to have air conditioning. I would like a place where I am able to use the kitchen to prepare all of my meals and a laundry to do my washing.
I am friendly, clean, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, an open communicator, and I am looking to live with similar people.
I don’t want to live with people who party, smoke, do drugs or drink a lot.
I am happy to chat and get to know the people I live with over time, but I also very much enjoy my own space and company. I also like to live in a reasonably quiet and peaceful home.
I love animals so I don’t mind living with pets.
I am flexible with my move in date and length of stay, but I am looking for something more than 6 months, and I need to move in by early Feb to start university.
