OUR PLACE
Our place is a Loweset House in a quiet area in Springwood.
- BUS STOP is just about 10 minutes walk from OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.
- It is 23 minutes bus ride to Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre
- It is 26 minutes Bus Ride to Griffiths University Upper Mount Gravatt
- It is 31 minutes bus ride to Brisbane City CBD
- It is 1 minute bus ride or 19 minutes walk to Chatswood Central Shopping Centre.
YOUR ROOM is furnished with a Single Bed with ceiling fans, air-conditioning system, a built in wardrobe, and a study table. Air-conditioning system can be used for an additional cost of $20/week.
NOTE: Room can be arranged for Shared Room to lower the cost for the guest.
Internet, Electricity and Water are included.
MEALS - included is a self-serve BREAKFAST of a choice of cereals, toast, or eggs (you Prepare or Cook yourself). LUNCH and/or DINNER is an ADDITIONAL COST and we are more than happy to discuss this with you.
Mealtime conversation is an opportunity to practice your English if you are from a non-English speaking background) thus we can have our meals at the same time as our schedule permits us at the same time I also respect your wish to have your own space or need for privacy.
THE KITCHEN and LAUNDRY IS FULLY EQUIPPED which you will have access to.
THE BATHROOM
Is just outside your bedroom and a shared bathroom with another guests from the other rooms.
POOL
Our house has a pool for our guests to use it anytime between 7:00AM-10:00PM.
FEE is payable a month in advance and notice. When you've decided to vacate the room, notice to vacate is also a month in advance.

We are a Senior Couple who have hosted many international students. We are sociable and also respect the need for privacy and space of people. We like nice, clean and tidy surroundings and we expect you do too.
We are looking to share the space with people who have similar mindset.

GUESTS
- Whilst you are very welcome to have guests dropping in occasionally to visit, you understand and respect that our home is not a place for your guest to sleep over.
